Pete Wentz apparently became a fan of Senator and soon to be VP Joe Biden long before Barack Obama chose him as a running mate. Here’s a photo of Pete as a baby, which he posted on his blog at FriendOrEnemies, with the following blurb by his father explaining a bit of family history.
“Mom and I met in Washington when we were both legislative assistants to Senator Biden when he was in his first term. I had worked in his campaign and your mother had been in the Foreign Service. We started out as friends and the rest is history.”
