A Hands on Approach to Teaching

Good loves stories are almost always about overcoming insurmountable obstacles in the name of love. This love story, however, is about serious mental illness. Pamela Rogers Turner, who was convicted of 4 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure after having sexual intercourse with her 13 year old student over a dozen times, is now facing further legal trouble after violating the terms of her release. The terms of Pamela’s release include no contact with the victim or his family, registering as a sex offender, performing community service, and not using the Internet. Her recent violation stems from her myspace profile, where she not only made reference to her victim, but also, made reference to recent communications she had with the victims family.

What separates this case from virtually ever other similar case is the fact that Pamela Rogers Turner is smoking hot. And just think, she was a PE teacher! This case breaks the fundamental law of all PE teachers being old, lesbian woman or overweight, middle aged men. This case has not only shattered my world, but also made me ask �Why not me?�. In all seriousness, what drives a beautiful woman in her late twenties to engage in a sexual and emotional relationship with a 13 year old boy, and then so blatantly ignore the terms of her release? On a similar, but more fucked up note, a 34 year old science teacher managed to have sex with a 13 year old student 28 times in one week. Just when I thought my ‘WTF’ meter couldn’t go any deeper into the red, I came across this recent CNN story:

Even if they are using a seven day week, I don’t know what to say. She even had another student watch her sexual activities at one point. I think my WTF meter is broken.
