Initial attempts made by Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz at selling baby photographs to mags have failed miserably, as nobody believes Bronx Mowgli (yes, they really named a child this) and his eccentric parents will be interesting enough to turn profit. As other stars fetch 6 figures, and sometimes even millions of dollars per exclusive baby feature, the recently married Simpson-Wentz duo must feel a bit depressed , publicly facing the fact their family is a great big loser.

A celebrity weekly insider told Page Six, “Pete and Ashlee have approached every single celebrity magazine with offers to sell their first photos, but nobody wants them. Covers of them tend not to sell well.” A rep for Simpson denied it.
