Avril’s Husband Spits Too

It seems two consecutive days of spitting on paparazzi wasn’t enough for Avril Lavigne, so her husband Deryck Whibley joined in last night to hock some of his own saliva. TMZ was on scene in Hollywood, here’s what happened:

After a night of partying at the grand opening of Area nightclub in Hollywood, Whibley quickly hocked a loogie at one of the cameramen, hitting him in the glasses. The saliva soaked photog quickly took action though, looking for a cop to report the incident to. However, his effort proved to be futile, as the only policeman nearby simply told him to call the LAPD.

While spitting is a crime here in America, the Canadian born duo doesn’t seem to care. I wonder if it is legal to heave bags of dog shit at celebs that spit on you? Just find a rooftop and you’re good to go!

I think Avril is quickly becoming one of the most hated celebs. However, I’m pretty sure you need to be an A-lister to earn that title…so sadly Avril will simply remain a skanky fake punk rocker.
