After slipping a nipple Tuesday in her car, Britney Spears was spotted again yesterday in Santa Monica exiting her Mercedes, when her dress came up a bit too high revealing her panties once again. I wonder if Britney knew the wind was that strong, otherwise I think we would have gotten another peek at her vagina. Wearing panties for Britney is like the same concept as condoms for K-Fed — use only when absolutely necessary.
