Britney Spears was spotted kissing music producer Jonathan Rotem, who also happens to be the guy working on her new album. At this point, any dude she’s with that isn’t named Kevin Federline can’t be a bad choice. I doubt these two will go any further than the five-minute quickies they probably have in the studio…but who knows for sure.
