Britney’s New Album Confirmed For November

The day everyone has been anticipating is finally in stone — November 13th marks the release date for Britney Spears’ supposed ‘comeback’ album, and don’t be surprised if sales lack miserably. At this point in her career, Britney’s done far too many stupid, slutty, and psychotic things in public that I estimate half her fans are no longer happy.

This is good news for those of us wishing Britney begins to fade away into a private double-wide, deep in the Louisiana backwoods. I could definitely live my life not hearing another word about this redneck with a 5th-grade education.

Britney Spears’s long-awaited comeback single, “Gimme More,” has finally arrived, and Jive records tells PEOPLE exclusively that the album is scheduled for a Nov. 13 release. The club-friendly dance track officially premiered Thursday night on New York radio station Z-100’s Web site.
