Managing to keep mostly out of the eagle eyed sight of the paps, Britney Spears was spotted yesterday at Promises rehab center as she had a serious chat with one of the employees. Her new “lips” tattoo which was inked on the night of her bald adventure actually looks bigger than originally thought, and these are the first pics we’ve seen thus far.
