Erin Andrews Nude Video Scandal: ESPN Reporter Falls Prey To Peeping Voyeur

Latest Updates (6 PM EST): There may exist not only Erin Andrews nude videos (illegally filmed) in direct violation of privacy laws, but also 3 more female celebrities caught in the same web. Two of which also happen to work for ESPN , plus famous actress and Jenny Craig spokesperson Valerie Bertinelli–All suffering the same misfortune after being caught nude by a perv and his spy cam, who then eagerly began posting the work online to share with rest of his creepy , sick friends on social video site DailyMotion. Updates will continue on this post and if we determine so, all other relevant info. or media collected will get a new listing on our page–hang tight and stay tuned here for the latest news as it continues to roll in!

UPDATE 2: We can confirm with 99% certainty, that at least one location where the criminal peepster(s) filmed naked guests (Erin included here) was Buffalo, NY–downtown inside the private change rooms of the Buffalo Athletic Club located at 69 Delaware Ave. –a large building intersecting W. Eagle Ave.–The geo-tag from DM’s banned vid leads directly to this area and street view backs up our suspicions.

Below, embedded is the Google map for the large red building, also home to law firms and various eateries. After examining the various businesses here, it became clear by GOBLAZERS1 video descriptions detailing a shower/changing after a sweaty workout, that Buffalo Athletic Club was our match. Although, it’s unknown which other famous faces also fell victim to capture while inside a private room at B.A.C.– Read on for more details and what initially started out last week in our post on this scandal!

Have you been scouring the net for videos of that sexy, blonde ESPN sports anchorwoman named Erin Andrews…rumored fully naked in a hotel room/private change room while sprucing up for work? Chances are, they haven’t yet been pulled from the internet just yet, assuming it’s the weekend and not Monday already by the time you hear news of this legit rumor. Too late, actually…oops for the slow pokes, our source shut down the video account rather quickly!

Before we managed to finish editing/compiling this post for publish status, Daily Motion banned the account featuring those questionable videos, but stay tuned for the evidence we salvaged before this collection was wiped out! Sorry to say however, (for very good legal reasons), we’re not posting the covert, grainy, and terrible-quality clips here on NinjaDude, since it wouldn’t be worth the court costs.

Those vids, recorded by a Peeping-Tom who may have used reverse-peephole tools and a very low quality camera to capture women after exercise sessions (not only in NY) sat for months under the radar on Daily Motion’s servers, uploaded by the user dubbed GOBLAZERS1, apparently a huge fan…or clever culprit? Eventually, as you may know, somebody recognized a hot blonde as anchorwoman Erin Andrews in some footage, which simultaneously sparked the outrage of Erin herself, ESPN general counsel, and the obvious slew of friends & family in utter disgust over this news.

Erin’s legal team issued a statement Friday concerning this latest nudity involving famous people! Oh yes, weird, wild, and possibly uber-hot stuff awaits you! As mentioned, actress and Eddie Van Halen’s ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli, along with two additional female sports anchors at ESPN may have also caught on this hidden peep-cam. The chances remain strong that at least one other female was violated considering the number of normal women who chose the wrong place to get healthy.

Here’s the statement she issued Friday evening through her attorney Marshall Grossman:

Marshall B. Grossman of Bingham McCutchen LLP declares that “While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

Never heard of Erin Andrews, you say? Yeah, me neither, (though Playboy awarded her the title sexiest sportscaster in America for ‘07 + ‘08) Thankfully though, a pal phoned yesterday evening (big ups Aaron V.) to inquire about the drama and whether or not NinjaDude was tracking the fun, more importantly, seeking an update for these now infamous naked Erin Andrews videos, enlightening our popular 31-year-old babe sportscaster by directing all attention towards the breaking news.

We tracked the story and began investigating first, an interesting Daily Motion account owned by a 49-year-old male (as his profile claimed before suspiciously removing the age display) openly hosting and streaming a specific cache of (ALL fetish voyeur-peeping clips) of strong> naked females cleaning up after exercise, and either enjoying their shower or preparing to suit up in fresh clothes–unaware of a dirty slime-bag lingering behind the doorway, secretly filming their private acts for later enjoyment on the internet.

We’re quite certain that whoever was dumb enough to upload and forget about Daily Motion’s “auto” geo-tagging feature didn’t realize the brainless, potentially felonious mistake until attention of ESPN legal officials began blazing a path directly towards the page of questionable peep-hole porn plus all instances posted across the net with a stern removal warning, simultaneously confirming Erin’s identity and buzzing rumors. Even though the culprit never specifically used her name in the clips, some pretty obvious clues were tagged on and used in descriptions, perhaps a moronic encryption method for easily sharing with pals lacking internet skills, or simply, due to skull filled with shit for brains. GOBLAZERS1 was building a stash of invasive material, already possessing 40 clips before site admins banned his account Saturday afternoon.

Alarming to further consider the fact, many of these videos streamed private moments of bare-naked skin from within the same Buffalo, NY fitness club, obviously staffed by a rogue crew. Many in the collection were very similar in nature, quality, and shaky hand of the film director, to that of Erin’s videos–which appeared all the way back in February, a mere two days after this joker signed up on the site, so he probably didn’t know who she was at first before attempting to divert and cover tracks. Is he the originator or the videos, or do the authorities have an entirely different Tom to hunt? We’ll know soon enough with the undoubted e-trail left behind! This should quickly reveal the clues to arrest any suspects involved.

It certainly didn’t help the perceived anonymity level, either, when the discovery was made of descriptions reading “sexy celebrity sportscaster” and tags “kolber” and “storm,” directly on the assumed to be clips of Andrews! Very stupid, since ESPN also employs female anchors named, ding ding…you guessed it: Hannah Storm, and Suzy Kolber!

Click on the main top photo for an enlarged shot of that map copied earlier, and you’ll notice how it’s formatted to display those few remaining geo-tagged clips, left attached and published with exact locations of where these vile acts supposedly took place–Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, and North Carolina (eerily discovered to reveal Catholic churches) and some northeastern points– Chicago, IL , Buffalo, NY, plus somewhere in Jersey. There’s just a few more interesting details we’ve discovered after sleuthing the “GOBLAZERS1″ Daily Motion profile, videos, and comments pages (plus some google research)–The clips which he left geo-tagged (before the user wizened up and disabled the feature) have been discovered directly in the exact locations as Catholic, or Christian church facilities! Pretty fuckin’ weird, but also the fact of each room (including Ms. Andrews) shares similar drapes, an ironing board, and overall setup found in many videos from his collection. Also besides celebs, a wide range of random female victims from college students to mommies, all described just finishing a workout followed with showers–nude, of course, in the shaky peephole-camera with shittiest money can buy quality of style.

One last fun fact, rather, massive red flag noted along NinjaDude.com’s journey–a certain vid (titled hot blonde out of shower, though obviously brunette) happened to contain the tag (misspelled) “Bertenelli,” alluding to uber-Catholic Valerie Bertinelli, the ex-wife of rocker Eddie Van Halen, fitness icon and face of Jenny Craig, and most peculiar, famous actress once starring for 2 seasons on “Touched By An Angel”. Upon tracing this clip, we determined a Dallas address, St. Philip Catholic Church/School/Daycare was the location embedded in the geo-tag Daily Motion recorded upon upload. Happen to catch that particular video of Val? We’re positive you’d admit the true victim bares a strikingly similar resemblance, from what blurry view is offered, to Ms. Bertinelli herself…for the sake of your tardiness, we’ve compiled a bikini pic from People Magazine along with caps of said clip, allowing you to judge whether or not Bertinelli is facing her own naked surprise exposure soon! Click it for a larger shot–pay attention to the hair, chest, and overall figure.

Maybe St. Philip church was the true location of this crime, considering Val’s Jesus-loving background and recent appearance in the Dallas area to promote her new book–chances are she dropped by St. Philip Catholic Church, , a theory the detectives should conside. But would you shower at church? Why would Valerie Bertinelli shower there? Does this congregation even own showers? Alternately, consider this to be a trick our violator used by tagging similar Christian/Catholic churches instead of the real location, a sad attempt to mislead possible inquiry by police. We’ll leave the fact finding up to them!
