The man, “John Mattes” was conducting one of those ‘bust the scammer’ type reports on the FOX news station in San Diego. First you can see the wife going nuts, then the husband (who was later arrested) pulls up and starts the real ass whooping. A bystander jumps in, but the cameraman continues rolling and captures it all on tape.
