Hayden Panettiere was spotted yesterday in NYC at the Big Apple Comic Convention, signing autographs as Claire in a chesty black piece that exposed maximum cleavage. Showing off your boobs at the local comic convention is probably not the brightest idea, but I’ve seen chicks get naked inside a Burger King playland, so I guess Hayden is safe. And those chicks were 18, however, highly intoxicated.
