Hayden’s Daddy Charged With Battery After Wife-Smack

Alan Panettiere, the man who helped create Hayden Panettiere was formally charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from a wife beating incident last month which saw the Heroes daddy hauled away in cuffs! Cops responded to the family home in West Hollywood where the alleged assault on wife Lesley took place.

Hayden Panettiere’s father, Alan, has been formally charged with misdemeanor battery after he allegedly assaulted his wife last month, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday. Panettiere, 49, faces arraignment on Oct. 11. If convicted, he faces up to a year in county jail.

Alan Panettiere was arrested Aug. 11 at the family’s West Hollywood home after he “struck his wife (Lesley Vogel) one or two times on the cheek causing bruising with a closed fist,” a sheriff’s spokesman said. The couple had returned from a charity event hosted by their daughter.

Ha, like this rich bastard is gonna’ do any hard time. Alan will be outta’ the courtroom in an hour with hardly a slap on the wrist! This post was just another excuse to look at his sexy daughter once more!
