Heidi Montag’s boob and nose job might actually pay off if the rumors regarding a large cash offer to pose nude in Playboy are true.

The 20-year-old underwent breast augmentation surgery as well as rhinoplasty surgery in early April and has now been offered $1 million to have her new bod grace the pages of Playboy, her fiance and manager Spencer Pratt told In Touch Weekly in its May 28 issue. “Playboy is interesting in shooting Heidi’s new body,” Pratt told In Touch. “They’ve offered her $1 million to be in the magazine.” Playboy representative Lauren Melone didn’t deny Montag received an offer to appear in the magazine, according to In Touch, but added Playboy “wouldn’t pay $1 million.”

Even if they offered this chick $20 to get naked she’d still agree…stay tuned for the nude pictures when the release date nears.
