I saw this picture of Hilary Duff being cool over the weekend, but all I could think about was the size of the blunt she just smoked. Seriously though, that’s one flattering facial expression she’s got there…those eyes can’t get any more droopy! I wouldn’t be surprised if Hilary was a closet stoner.
