Howard K. Stern Went To Prison

The attorney, lover and more recently named “principal enabler” in the ‘07 overdose death of Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern, was charged with 6 felonies along with two other men–doctors, allegedly co-conspiring with Stern in planning a drug-fueled hijack daze over Anna, leading ultimately, to the death in ‘07 after she was found unconscious in the bed of Florida’s Seminole Hard Rock.

Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and former boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, conspired with two doctors to feed Smith thousands of pills in the months and days before she died at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in 2007, California Attorney General Jerry Brown said Friday. Brown called Stern the ‘’principal enabler'’ and blasted the three men, declaring, “this was done knowingly and with tragic consequences.'’

When asked about a motive, Brown said that Stern and the doctors – as well as others surrounding Smith – enjoyed a ‘’psychic gain'’ by being with someone rich and famous.Investigators found 11 medications in Smith’s room at the Hard Rock, where she was staying at the time of her February 2007 death, prescribed under aliases and also the name of Stern.On Thursday, prosecutors in California announced the charges, saying Drs. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich gave thousands of prescription drugs — including opiates and sedatives – to Stern, who then gave them to Smith.

Stern and Kapoor were booked Thursday at the Whittier Police Department and released later that evening after posting $20,000 bond, according to the department’s website. Charges include conspiracy, unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict, according to a complaint filed in Los Angeles County courts.

Stern and the doctors face six felony counts each, according to the complaint. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was expected to surrender Monday.

If convicted, all 3 suspects face life sentences behind the cold, dank concrete walls & reinforced iron of the local penitentiary! Solitude? Daily chores? Shitty fuckin’ meals?
