Taxpayer Money Wasted On Jamie-Lynn Spears

Last week at LAX airport, Jamie-Lynn Spears, mommy, and baby were due to arrive on the tarmac, so naturally, that means they get a special police escort and decoy to fake out the paparazzi, right? Airport Police met the trashy southern fam upon landing to provide a speedy getaway, then deployed a decoy to exit the normal way past waiting photogs, a clever trick indeed.

There’s just one thing wrong with this situation, besides wasting your tax money–Al Rodriguez, the LAX spokesman claims “It is not the policy or practice for Airport Police to provide a celebrity decoy,” affirming the fact that special treatment for celebs warrants no piece of the budget.

“Los Angeles World Airports policy prohibits special courtesies to be provided to celebrities, unless extenuating circumstances such threat of danger to the individual or the safety of the general public are involved.”

Things got started when Spears, her new daughter, Maddie, and mother Lynne were escorted by officers directly off their Delta flight without even entering the airport terminal.
