A moron attempting to sell stolen photographs of Jamie-Lynn Spears and fam is currently being hunted by the feds–for child porn! The Spears fam believes a rogue Wal-Mart employee made copies of a digital camera card that Jamie’s baby daddy, Casey Aldridge had left to have copies made of. One of the pics allegedly shows Jamie-Lynn’s exposed titty as she breast feeds baby Maddie, since she’s not 18 yet, that makes her illegal and under the federal limit to pose nude for photos.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge. One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie — Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed. The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. We’re told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.
Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.
Hmmm…isn’t the douchebag dad now 18? Wouldn’t that make him a criminal for possessing child porn?

Who’s the real moron? The guy that took the picture, took it to Wally World to be copied, or the one(s) that let him take the shot in the first place.
I say publish the shot (because egregious stupidity is more criminal than her boob) Besides, don’t you think it’s what the Spears clan wants/needs (i.e. publicity of any kind?)

I AGREE THE GUY SHOULD NOT HAVE STOLE THOSE PICS, BUT WHY TAKE PICTURES OF A BABY FEEDING, AND TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL DRUG STORE TO GET THEM DEVELOPED???? SO, WHO’S AT FAULT!!!??
