Jessica Simpson was spotted last night coming out of Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, rocking a new hairdo and happily autographing some old guys eBay-bound pics. Out of all the celebs that get hounded by the paparazzi, she seems to take it the best. I suppose that’s the direct result of her Southern education and lack of intelligence, which after all isn’t such a bad thing when money is involved.
