Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, which we told you about several times before, is now finally due to take the web by storm on Feb. 28th if all goes well in court. The alleged “piss lover” filed a law suit today in Los Angeles citing some stupid violations by Vivid Video, the people bringing you this raunchy tape at the end of this month. However, I call bullshit here. This as nothing more than another lame attempt at free publicity to sell more memberships. I bet her plan doesn’t work very well either, seeing as how the people who hear this news already know she’s a dirty slut and will realize her shameless publicity stunt. I guess since Vivid cut the pissing scene out she’s willing to admit the tape actually exists, for family reasons of course. I also wouldn’t doubt that her watersports scenes surface here in a few years.
TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Kim Kardashian against Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of her sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, singer Ray-J. The lawsuit, which cites “violation of right to privacy” and “right of publicity” was filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In a statement to TMZ Kardashian says, “This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well. I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent.”
Kim is expected to lose miserably, most likely facing a toss out by some paid-off judge.
