I’m not sure why Lindsay Lohan’s birthday seems to be a month long celebration, but she’s been to quite a few parties while supposedly undergoing treatment at Promises for being a drunk, drug addicted starlet headed for disaster. Lindsay was spotted in Malibu partying instead getting treatment in rehab, cigarette in hand and boobs exposed just perfect for the that side shot. Is it just me or do you already picture a bottle of vodka in Lilo’s hand?
