As temps cracked the mid-90s in parts of L.A. on Thursday, Lindsay Lohan tried to keep cool by lifting her shirt for some belly exposure. The orange starlet was spotted filming on the set of her latest film Labor Pains, cigarette in hand and looking desperate for a bit of air conditioning.
