Mariah Carey apparently thinks she’s Angelina Jolie now, and plans to purchase a child from Mexico soon, the SFGate reports:

Mariah Carey is planning to follow in the footsteps of Angelina Jolie and Madonna by adopting a child from abroad, according to rumors. The singer was recently spotted visiting the Frank Gonzalez orphanage in Mexico with her lawyer, reports gossip site The Scoop. Representatives for the star have refused to comment.

Is she even capable of taking care of a child? I doubt it.
