Miley Cyrus Went On A Date

Miley Cyrus was spotted last night in the (Texas plated) Ford Mustang of Hannah Montana co-star Cody Linley, heading out for a dinner date which included no parental supervision. Technically, since this guy is 18-years-old, he can act as legal guardian for Miley during the romantic evening they shared.

If you were a college freshman, would it acceptable, having sex with a 15-year-old chick? Put aside the fact that Miley is famous & wealthier than most grandparents…would you hit that shit at 18? I don’t even think it’s legal! I’m sure pops Billy approved, however.
