Mischa Barton was stoned again in NYC for the opening of Boeing-Boeing, a French play on Broadway. The former O.C. starlet continues to fulfill the title of notorious stoner, despite her DUI arrest late last year. I suppose you gotta’ smoke up before all those drug tests kick in.
