Natalie Portman was spotted strolling through a cold New York with her dog. From the look on her face she’s either extremely cold, or ragging…although she did manage to show off her belly if you look closely. I guess if you were born in the desert that amount of clothing is justified. Either way she’s still a sexy little bitch! I don’t like her dog though.
