Nicole Richie’s Police Encounter Caught On Tape

Nicole Richie’s drug induced vehicular joyride was caught on tape as the security cameras for ABC happened to be near the area where police detained Richie. These are still photos from the footage, as Nicole admitted to police that she smoked pot and took vicodin. Remember, her 85-pound frame must have been extremely buzzed from the amount of drugs she used. More pics after the jump!
