Nicole Richie appeared in court today to receive sentencing from her second DUI bust, and all the judge gave her was four lousy days in the jail of her choice (county or city). I don’t know what kind of drugs these god damned judges are on, but these celebrities get sentences served on a golden fucking platter.
Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for an alcohol education course and on three years probation. Richie must report to serve her time by September 28. The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder — not manslaughter. That’s because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she’d be nailed for murder. The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.
This bitch should have gotten 4 months instead. Hopefully she kills someone in her next DUI, then we won’t have to deal with her again, not to mention our streets would be safer. Click the pic above for a video of the courthouse fun, captured by TMZ!
