TMZ has just reported that the K-Fed + Britney Spears sex tape is non-existent. The couple is expected to issue a joint statement regarding the rumors that a 4-hour long sex tape was being touted by K-Fed as blackmail in the couples divorce.

Reps from the divorcing couple tell us that both Britney and Kevin want to put an end to rumors that K-Fed is out peddling a sex tape for some quick cash. They have agreed to jointly issue a statement, hoping to put an end to the flurry of stories that such a tape exists.

This is truly a sad day…keep an eye out for the statement.
