Paris Hilton’s blatant disregard for the California law might finally catch up to her in the form of 3 months in jail, prosecutors plan to ask a judge that her probation be revoked after the heir-head was pulled over last month while driving with her DUI-related suspended license. What’s a typical dumb blond female like her to do in this situation? Claim that a kinkajou just bit your hand causing the ears to go deaf! But one thing Paris fails to realize is that those “men of the law” are extremely shrewd individuals and can provide this little thing called evidence (usually based off facts) — it will hopefully be enough to gain the judges compliance, which will ultimately lead to cold hard time for Paris in the slammer.
She has roughly 3 weeks before the hearing, but my instincts tell me some miraculous thing will keep this socialite away from a jail cell. As usual, if I were presiding over any of these reckless acts my immediate ruling would be guilty and the maximum penalty imposed. Paris, Nicole Richie, Brandy, Mel Gibson…the list could go on all day, which means it’s now time something is done to put the scare in Hollywood. What do you think?

Poll answer #3:
“Yes, she might die in there.” Then we won’t suffer her publicity-whore antics anymore. Not that I wish her death, bless her heart.

My vote is for Paris Hilton to come to South Carolina and not only will we love to have her here, she will also be welcomed as our chief of the State Supreme Court. Paris like Jean Toal is that twice our Chief Justice has done the hit the parked car and get caught later routine. So transfer the case to SC and give Paris house arrest. Oh no problem, she could easily buy a house here and she is at least honest about any traffic citations, better than the SC Double Standard of holding citizens to a higher standard than of upholding the traffic laws. Heck even Andre’ Baurer our back-up stand-in governor drives over 100MPH and get caught on cops video and we re-elect him !!!
Paris needs to come to SC and fight to help all citizens be equally protected as both the elected and appointed aristocracy! WE WELCOME PARIS ANY TIME
ciao!
