ParisExposed.com is now officially shut down until at least Feb. 16, the day when Bardia Persa will appear in court and attempt to lift the injunction imposed by a federal judge.
Hilton’s lawyer Howard Weitzman has filed suit against Persa for invasion of privacy and copyright infringement. The materials include confidential medical information as well as photos and videos showing the heiress engaging in graphic sex and illegal drug use, the report said. Hilton’s Social Security number, address book, photo albums and journals are all included in the collection of her belongings.
