Prince Charles Just Wants Some Boobs

Here’s Prince Charles commenting, with hand gestures, on the breasts of a young female military troop…directly in the middle of an awards ceremony! The commander lost all bearing as he walked past the massive pair of titties, and the photo above should explains that well enough.

She looks extremely dignified, I must say. It’s probably safe to assume that you wouldn’t find this behavior in Singapore or one of those hard core, third world places. Do they just cut off your hands, or would a beheading suffice?
