Poor Rose! She was so cute and healthy looking on Charmed for the last 5 yrs and now she looks like a ragged hillbilly on meth. Gross! If she’s an addict, I can’t imagine why - her life has been “charmed” since joining that show and while not exactly the greatest actress, she was at least able to pull off her role. It’s just totally sad to see this formerly beautiful woman turn into a hag seemingly overnight.

About Rose McGowan’s droopy eye. She got in a car accident. Her glasses lens sliced her eye lid. She had to get her eye done. I believe stitches or whatever they did to her eye.
I was reading about this a few years ago. I don’t know if the doctor/surgeon did a bad job or her skin just wouldn’t attach. Which would explain why her eye lid(s) is droopy. It looks like they added extra skin.
