An unusually bubbly Sienna Miller was spotted Wednesday afternoon shopping on ritzy Sloane St. in west London with some girlfriends. The group was spotted embracing each other in a triple kiss–something we thought went extinct with the passing of MTV’s Spring Break: 1999.
