Meet the intelligent citizens of Newark, Ohio…and latest nomination for high scholar, Mr. Kile Wygle. While zooming along at a brisk 33MPH , Kile wrecked his motorized bar stool into the concrete gutter while attempting to turn, causing injuries like lacerations of the dome, requiring hospital fix-up time. The cops cited him for being a dumb-ass, drunken hillbilly after issuing a DUI for admittance to consumption of 15+ beers.
However, those legal troubles combined with the injuries didn’t stop Kile from appearing all over the news today, including in this gem of a video interview so gratifying–which by the way, also features the engineer of these slipshod-built Hillbilly death traps! Watch the clip below.
Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. Twenty-eight-year old Kile Wygle was hospitalized for minor injuries.
Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph. Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial.
