Apparently, one of Tobey’s friends bashes a paparazzo in the face after a scuffle over filming. The pap eventually allows himself to be carried off by medics on a stretcher into a waiting ambulance, while cops pick up the friend for assault, we assume. Bringin’ some Monday LULZ, that’s for sure!
