I’d like to think the object clutched between Lohan’s pointer finger and thumb contains tobacco, but in the year 2007 I don’t know of any Hollywood starlets that like to roll their own cigarettes. Lindsay was spotted partying at Stereo nightclub during her recent NYC party trip, and an anonymous tipster e-mailed this sneaky shot of her mid-toke.
Sounds like some creative inspiration for her disc jockey venture! Lindsay has been on the wheels of steel a lot lately…and I know marijuana is often considered a safe alternative to alcohol. Spark it up, yo!

Seems irrelevant, as the picture was taken at Stereo in NYC. In New York smoking a joint is merely a “violation” (she would be ticketed but not arrested), not sure what it is in California.
