Here’s Mischa Barton attending another event in NYC for fashion week, and judging by the look on her face along with that subtle glow of green, it appears she smoked a blunt just before being photographed! Draw your own conclusions for the disheveled hairdo, but that smirk and stony-eyed gaze has nobody fooled.
With the previous pot-smoking adventures Mischa has been caught indulging in, I wouldn’t expect her to deny marijuana use. Pass the blunt please!

Have you ever smoked pot or even seen anyone after they did it?
I’m from Holland, so it’s obvious I have seen people who smoked it. It doesn’t make your eyes green or whatever. The effect is that all of the white of your eye turns red (from blood in those vains)..
